boulderbrook has developed an on line application for all of our shows. You will be able to fill out an on line application, download images, and pay via credit card for each show.

 

Each shows web page has a link at the top of each page. When you click that link you will be directed to a simple form. This method is similar to Zapplication and Juried Art Services. Our system has been built and designed by our web guru and us to make it simple and easy, like all things we do it is artist friendly.

In order to be considered for any of our shows, you will need to do the following:

 

You must register using the Artist Login/Registration. Registration is simple we recommend you use your first name and a familiar password you will remember. After you have registered or logged in you will be abe to apply to the festival. 


SUBMIT AN APPLICATION: A completed application for the show you wish to apply to. All show web pages provide on line application link. Each show requires a separate application. 


IMAGES OF WORK: (3) Images of your work. Please make sure these are good quality images, as you will be judged on what can be seen. Even if you are applying with a paper application there are instructions for emailing your images.  Image size requirements are included on all applications. DISPLAY IMAGE: We do not require an image of your display for application, but we may request one before you are accepted to an event. Your best results will be to use images you have prepared for Zapp.


APPLICATION FEE (non-refundable): Application-processing fee per each art show. You must make a separate application payment for each event. All application fees are standard: $25. 

BOOTH FEE: Fees are either $300, $325, or $350 and that amount is noted on all versions of applications. If you are applying on line you will be notified of your acceptance and you will receive an alert which will guide you to the proper way to pay your booth fee after acceptance.

 

PAPER APPLICATIONS Paper Applications are available via email request. If you are applying with a paper application you must include your check for your booth in your packet. WE WILL NEVER CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT OR DEPOSIT YOUR BOOTH FEE CHECK WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE. We also will give you plenty of time after your notification before deposits are made. Boulderbrook knows that at times you have a lot of money dedicated to show fees and applications that some shows require far in advance. We do not require payments far in advance. Our deposits are normally not made until 6 weeks prior to the event. If for any reason you need special consideration and a grace period before your booth fee is deposited we are happy to make accommodations if you get In touch with us. DO NOT include your show fee and application fee on one check. Each fee MUST be on its own check.  A self-addressed stamped envelope to return any slides should be included if you send slides. However keep in mind you can email us images and not send slides. Information is on each application.  If you apply on line you will be downloading images to your application. 

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:

CANCELLATIONS: will be due in writing in our office AT LEAST 4 weeks prior to the show date.

ACCEPTANCE: If you are accepted, additional show information such as, lodging, parking, set-up times, directions, etc. will be included in your email confirmation. You will receive more and more specific emails as we get closer to each event which will include show layout maps, booth assignments, parking, and set up information.
