The Peace River National Art Festival will be held March 20th & March 21st, 2010 in beautiful Laishley Park, directly on the banks of the Peace River and the corner of the Gulf of Mexico in the cultural district of Punta Gorda, Florida.

The festival is run for the benefit of the Visual Arts Center of Punta Gorda. Charlotte County, Florida and the City of Punta Gorda have been instrumental in making this event a treasured community event.

The Visual Arts Center of Charlotte County, Florida has contracted Richard P Sullivan of Naples, Florida to design, promote, and manage this festival. The festival is held each year in March along the Peace River in Old Town Punta Gorda, Florida. The Peace River National Art Festival is Charlotte County Florida’s Premier Art Festival.  People visit this wonderful event from all over the Southwest Florida. The festival features 130 artists from all over the country, gourmet food booths, and live entertainment.
